So far this postseason, the results have been mixed with Eduardo Rodriguez on the mound for the Boston Red Sox.
He'll get the ball again Monday in Game 3 of the American League Championship Series, and manager Alex Cora is plenty comfortable with the decision.
Rodriguez has pitched twice this postseason for the Sox, Game 1 of the AL Division Series, and Game 4 against the Tampa Bay Rays. He had a quick hook in Game 1, getting pulled after just 1 2/3 innings after giving up two runs on as many hits.

Who doesn't love a compliment from David Ortiz?
That's exactly what the Boston Red Sox got, as the former slugger sees a bit of the 2013 World Series-winning team in the current group of players.
Big Papi was asked if he could equate the current team to any of the championship sides he was on. He had one ready to go.
“Probably 2013,” Ortiz said in an interview with Boston.com. “A lot of young, talented players. We had a down year the year before, and nobody thought we were going to bounce back and be that good the following season. These guys had a year last year that was...

“Greg Rybarczyk in our office pounded the table for Kiké,” Sox chief baseball officer Chaim Bloom said in a story published Sunday morning by MassLive.
It wasn't just Rybarczyk, either. Director of baseball analytics Joe McDonald and director of...
