The Detroit Lions , head coach Matt Patricia, and general manager Bob Quinn were fined $75,000, $25,000, and $10,000, respectively, for violating the NFL Injury Report Policy, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. The infractions are a result of the team designating quarterback Matthew Stafford as questionable before a Nov. 10 game against the Chicago Bears. The Lions purportedly knew Stafford would be unable to play by Friday of that week, as tests had revealed fractures in his back. Stafford hasn't suited up for a game since Nov. 3.
