Manfred unhappy video of Collins' argument with umpire leaked

Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred was one of the few people not entertained by a recently leaked video of former New York Mets manager Terry Collins having an expletive-laden exchange with umpires during the 2016 season. The video showed Collins running out to the field to defend pitcher Noah Syndergaard after the right-hander threw behind Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Chase Utley. MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred Says Universal DH Talks Have ‘Moved A Little Bit'

There's long since been a debate among Major League Baseball fans whether the league should implement a designated hitter for the National League.
However, that debate seemingly is far from over, according to CBS Sports' Mike Axisa. At Thursday's quarterly owners' meetings, MLB commissioner Rob Manfred said talks of a universal DH have “moved a little bit.”
